    Unfortunately after this customer service, I am never going with anything that is the cheapest in town.
    I had a tire alignment appointment for about a week, called in mid week to see if i can drop my car off sooner, they said yes.
    I arrive on my day of appointment and tell me their tire alignment machine is down and that the guy is coming tomorrow to look at it. After much waiting they said they can not fix it and the repair guy will be back in a week and they can not get me in sooner.
    I called around for another appointment and everyone was booked 2 weeks in.

    These guys suck at customer service, if they called me to let me know their machine was broken and they do not think they will have it fixed, then i could of gone elsewhere. And then the guy acted like it was my fault. A bunch of incompetent, unprofessional people.

    Will never go here, and would never recommend this place to anyone. This place sucks. No wonder they are the cheapest in town. Have to get their prices low to even get people to come in.
